Wake up to words running through my head And that constant reel continues playing 'til I go to bed I'm feeling stuck as the world moves on And ignores me I'm just the protagonist in an Underdog story But in real life the underdog usually loses They ask me what my muse is And I'd have to say it's the pain that Living this life produces I feel so useless The way my brain is wired doesn't let me focus I don't want anything at all, So of course I'm feeling hopeless The real problem is that I don't care That's probably why the hell I'm going nowhere Is happiness a state of mind or a destination?
