A Dream Being Dreamt Alone Is Not That Great

Down the hole I went Looking for something I can call my friend   There it was I see The sage who tells a dream of living high and free   Although it can't explain All it knows is how to dance and how to play the game   And Then I walk right thru the wall The bricks meant nothing but rules I can't now recall   I found out what's so great Why we should stay alive and stop playing dead There I was again Asking the question why it never ends All is still the same I woke up and the whole worlds ready for a change   You force yourself to be Yet you don't see, you don't see why you should be   So neat and so aligned Nothing but a prisoner of the mind Then I get back up I feel weak and in need of the biggest sleep   The gentry has conspired The steering wheels on fire And I feel so tired   For those that cannot see For those that will not feel That somethings off within   Sit and study Get in line To stay sane in your own mind   Regress and it'll be too late To change our own fate A dream being dreamt alone is not that great
