Well, it's Friday I just finished up I just kissed my wife and packed my truck Well, I'm off For the weekend To drink a few cold beers with a few old friends And if you call me, before Sunday Well, I won't pick up So I'll go head and say You can find me by the lake in a lawn chair But, don't bring your problems Cause I just don't care Cause some days I'm livin' Some days I just get by Some days I'm feelin' Like my problems got me walkin' a line But being way out here and no worries and cares Feels like another place and time Some days I'm livin' But today I feel alive Well, problems I ain't got em' Cause these fish they always bite And my good home buddies They keep on wonderin' If I've had a dang good time I say listen to this And I'll start again With just my couple thoughts about life Cause some days I'm livin' Some days I just get by Some days I get to feelin' Like my problems got me walkin' a line By being way out here with no worries and cares Feels like another place and time Some days I'm just livin' But today I feel alive Well, it's five o clock and I've popped a top With the summer breeze in the air And there's two days left and I'm willing to bet They'll be about the same way too Cause some days I'm livin' Some days I'm livin' Cause some days I'm livin' Some days I just get by Some days I get to feelin' Like my problems got me walkin' a line But being way out here with no worries and cares And having such a dang good time Well, some days I get to livin' But today I feel alive Some days I'm just livin' But today I feel alive
