Educate (Something Like That)

So many times in my mind Wondering why I'm So fucked up So lost, confused, toss what? My life, nah imma get through this phase Even if there's a harder part than this What doesn't kill me will only make me stronger Even in all the lessons I've missed Aggression on this; frustration from those Bring creation through procreation before emancipating themselves Cannot grasp control of those who seem so distant in their own mind Co-dependent all the while still throwing hate in the direction of the love they single-handedly chose a fate Life's too short yet still too much time to depend on anyone for a lifelong partner and getting through hard times Together Good times come yet drown in dark lies and stormy weather The demons that lie under our bed at night are the same mother fuckers in our head covering up the light inside With their shadow of misguidance, lost between this thought of vulnerability and taking action in overcoming the Acceptance and admitting accountability For our own actions, own your own thoughts and choices; for the voices in our head ain't the ones in control it's all In how we choose to act on them Take into consideration how the facts gonna land Fall down, get up, try and try again Illryt in my own mind and when I can't get out in music I've found a friend When after all that's all we've ever needed, some love, Someone, something that understands the way we feel, the way we felt Through all the trauma and the damage dealt Can't always get through life on an upside with the right cards dealt Sometimes sideways, upside down and all ways; pulled in every direction When we can't fully ever understand or comprehend what someone else has been through unless we were really With them every step of the way So when someone's shouting, "get out of my way", understand there's a pain inside maybe they can't even Comprehend, maybe there's someone the got to get to Maybe there's somewhere they gotta get to even if it's getting away from all the pain No one to talk to other than the thoughts in your brain; feeling so alone and lost, hearts gonna break Sunshine sun dried such teary eyed much lost inside broken mind Fill in the love and find yourself before you go on to invite anybody else into a long term relationship for you gotta Understand yourself before you can possibly fully comprehend the reasons for being of anybody else
