The Mirror

Oh All that I can see in the mirror All the pieces they took from me I stare upon the stranger that stands before me I cannot stand him smiling at me All the things that I despise All the things that are wrong with me I thought them buried deep inside But I see It's right in front of me Staring Back¡ Point your blames on me Curse your own reflection Live with fear inside I'll crush your cristal dreams Hide away and cry¡ No¡ Why should I allow the world to judge me? And why should I allow the shadows to blind the sun? Isn't it me the one who decides who I am and who I need to be? For it is not the mirror who lies It's just that I haven't learnt to accept myself But I will¡ So I can't trust my life To this sea of masks where our true selves slowly die Shut it down¡ And then I may see there are no lines There's not a way to live There is no path Life strikes relentlessly until we die we can succumb, we can fight back I'd see the one who smiles in the mirror is all I have And so I'd smile back And so I'd smile
