Our days are numbered, I'll use them to share my point of view Humbled to share music with each and every one of you I used to look at the world and scream like thunder do But I opened my mind and saw world is pretty wonderful It's gettin hot, still it's a melting pot that's colorful But we should take care cause our actions are not refundable I'm not here to preach, I'm just another one like you We all know the world we live in is destructible Don't be naive, learn the truth, don't be gullible Take time, expand your mind, there's so much to discover too And reach out to those who seem in trouble too It's crazy to see exactly what the power of love could do Or a touch, it isn't much, but it does wonders and such Try to put my best foot forward, never judge Just love, and try to never hold a grudge When people are low, know they just need a little nudge Once in a while, we all trip, we all stumble But would it kill you to just be a little humble? See the world as is, is prickly like some stubble It's tricky, its in trouble, instead of fix we watch it crumble It's like if we took a moment to just step outside our bubble Then maybe we won't drop the ball, maybe we wont fumble If we're ready, steady reach to one another You'd be amazed at how much love you could discover Times are hard, being cooped up everyday I'm sick of seeing all these shootings there must be another way It's sad to see frustration and rage translate into pain What would it take to turn the page?
