Here I am all alone There you are, the mindless company Have you stopped to pass time Save your breath: my life just crawls on by There you go, ignorance Wasted youth high on exuberance Plastered smiles, feigned rectitude Self aware, but you've no fortitude Wait your life to grow up And through your children, spread the wisdom you claim you've learned So I'll indulge and bask among the flies And witness our self-driven demise Now I've come so far to hear that All this shit is infinite And you piss on me, but I know You're a hopeless kid, inept at best Best appreciate your life 'Til you struggle with your strife Here's a bit of my advice (Leave me alone) Contemplate, deviate No, this can't be worth my fate To all you who told me Greatness awaits, you never should've believed in me Now I've come so far to hear that All this shit is infinite I have lost my faith in you I'll settle for loneliness
