In the Dead of Winter

Ice cold winter night! Grim moon shinning bright! Vast kingdom of soulless white! Frozen landscape! Death at sight! Hungry shadows staring through! Red eyes blazing unto you! Death is near, I hear the whisper! Forlorn.... In the dead of winter! Fear possessing now my body! Horrors creeping in my soul! Hope no longer shines inside me! Weak, I'm falling on the snow! I cannot move, I cannot scream! A freezing realm! Seems like a dream! I cannot breath, my heart will fail! Hollow hills and dread prevail! Cold as stone I slowly fall asleep I hear footsteps and approaching creep! I'm fading now away with a final sigh! Doom has found me and I must die! A single blink and my tragedy appears! Inevitable my bane! Now I see it clear! A pack of wolves are ripping me apart Rending my flesh, rapidly and hard! Darkness fell and so the whisper! Last exhale... In the dead of winter!
