Lord of Infinity

Faster than the speed of light, I approach the edge of time The future fades like a dying rose, The universe sublimes The secrets of creation, Unfold before my eyes The power of the cosmos, Immortalities the prize Master of the universe, Lord of infinity Stars are dust blown from my hand as I mould eternity Sculptor of both time and space, of chaos and anarchy I've watched strange life forms evolve and die, I'm the Father of destiny Yes, I'm the master of the universe, Lord of infinity Emperor of everything that was and what shall be I'm the master of the universe, Lord of infinity Eternal one who has the curse of controlling eternity The first and last, the last and first I hold the cosmos in my hand But the agony of solitude is much more than I can stand Narration In the beginning there was darkness Darkness And I was so alone in the darkness The agony of immortality was too much to bear So I said let there be light And there was light And it was good I then created the planet Earth With waters of blue & lands of lush green And that too was good I scooped up a handful of the mother Earth And I created Man But that was my mistake Because Man was bad Man destroyed the Earth He built tanks & bombs, and bullets & guns He set forth to kill his fellow man And destroyed & polluted Mother Earth Then one day I said "That is enough, Man" "You shall pay, you say pay for destroying my work of art" So I gave Man the atom bomb And soon, soon enough The day will come when he is fool enough to use it.....
