Yesterday I spoke to this guy In a virtual world He told me all about his virtual girls And now we're falling down He told me all about his life and how no-one cares So he packed his bags and moved away to the basement downstairs And now we're falling down Quick as a flash, easy as 'Un dos tres' He says "Now I know that I can despise everything Now I know that I can despise everything I'll go head-first, face down into the sand" He walks alone, he sees himself In the magazine He doesn't care about the birds and the bees But that's just one of his idiosyncrasies And now we're falling down Just like his grandfather did on his last ever day He'd say "Now I know that I can despise everything Now I know that I can despise everything I'll go head-first, face down into the sand"
