Infinite Ghost

I had hoped this day would never come Earth has always been such a glorious place Brimming with mountains, forests and canyons Creatures of the sea, dust, and sky And of course Humans This latter category has always fascinated me Humans are incredible With their deep expressions of creativity, reason, and love And yet in contrast they exercise an equal faculty for destruction, pride, and hatred On our planet more than most this duality is decidedly evident While living among you over the last few millennia I've gloried in these triumphs and grieved in your tragedies I've endeavored to assist you where possible Furtively aiding individuals while avoiding more disruptive interventions However as I watch our world descend further into darkness I face a tender decision Allow humanity to err into death, doing nothing Or attempt to save the world I love I am the Infinite Ghost At least this is an accurate enough description of my nature My message will come in two divisions The first, shared by the Soul of Grace, invites the world to seek the infinite His message instructs a path of humility and liberty His words entreat all to break the chains that bind them down in lies The second will be delivered by the Mortal Spectre His message declares the importance of combating darkness His words reveal the road that ends in death The following instructions, if applied, will rewrite your faults They will abolish your false notions and amend the maladies of your mind Heed them As you do so your heart will be lifted And your soul will be set free
