What am I doing here? A drifter in this cosmic sea? Am I a puppet on strings? A prisoner? I long to be free The government whispers tales of deceit Weaving their web of control It’s suffocating me They build us up, just to tear us down again Conspiracy! Dividing and conquering, feeding our fear from within My mind screams for answers, yearning for the light To shatter the darkness I’m so tired, I have no choice I have to end this fight Who are we really, Beyond this fragile shell? Trapped in a Construct, a manufactured hell Limited by my senses It's a narrow spectrum we see Our brains are the deceivers Am I my own enemy? Emotions like chemicals, surging through my veins A symphony of chaos, creating all our pains Forgotten religions, wars fought in vain Echoes of the past We forget And then we repeat again I tried science as my compass (so useless), guiding my every stride Unveiling the secrets, the truth I can't hide (But there is more) But reason falters, at the edge of the unknown Where logic surrenders to intuition Mysterium! Whispers and voices, a guidance for my mind (open your heart) Now with a path, alone I must decide I will embrace this discovery, of realms beyond my sight Where Consciousness expands, and the puppet learns to fight There's a side of me A truth I can't reveal A connection to the Source is where I’ll commence Formulaics unfold, a language I must learn To breathe the breath of change and watch the Darkness burn Radiance! I sense their presence, a Council of Light Guiding my footsteps, through the mysteries of life They speak of a catalyst, a journey I must take In through the Void of doors for humanity's sake Consciousness has made a roadmap in my hand Unveiling the secrets I'm starting to understand Expansion! Who are we really?
