Time, what a concept Did you know it's in your mind it's just a construct? People scared of it ending that's so preposterous How can something end that never even started? I've been overthinking shit I'm so exhausted It's like a never ending loop but it's a God send We're just flying through space we're in the cockpit What if time is in a loop & you can't stop it? I'm gonna take you on a trip on this project Take you to the future 'til you feel nostalgic We've been there before but what's the outcome? We go back to where we started talking day one Shoutout to my day ones Talking homies that I met out on the playground One day Ima show em how I play now Write raps pay producers over Paypal Died a couple times before but then I came back Remember shit from past lives talking way back But this time's so different gonna save rap But they still give me pills tell me take that I told em I'm too enlightened I don't need that You need to get on my level, to achieve that You gotta open up your mind that's a tough task I remember being in the ward, they told me get sleep I told em I don't need to sleep until it's next week If I get up out the ward you can't catch me I be skating through dimensions like I'm Gretzky Not to mention time is on my side, not against me Once you put away the watch you are set free Only time is now, but it's messy Cause everything that's ever been & will be Is here too, you just can't see it Time is made up It's time to wake up Making fake alarms on your fake clock The calendar's fake too it just tells you when the days come Time, what a concept Did you know it's in your mind it's just a construct? People scared of it ending that's so preposterous How can something end that's never even started? What if time is full circle, never ending? Writing rhymes is therapeutical when my thoughts descend It's funny how they measure time but never try to bend it If time is real, how do you end it?
