Children Of The Sun

I had a thought Sometimes I don't know if memories they are In which rays of light from me are born Expanding to the beyond and all around Then I wake up from a long dream Thrilled on this new ground Feeling alive in the skin I don't wonder what is to be found Cause the sun makes everything shine Statues and monuments covered in symbols watch the run of countless beings Unstoppable throughout this space that we create as the horizon is no longer seen We celebrate through the day this life With its heat the sunlight creates new lands Harmony and fire running thru our veins We enjoy to simply be And we call this place we create a paradise The temperature rises when our songs we sing, and dance To the sun, to earth, to the sky, and the rivers every day We worship existence And we pay no resistance When the light fades into the sky And the sun says goodbye We begin the descent to the depth of our beings Until we uninhabit our skins Stilled to empty our minds The rivers, seas and oceans rise Up to the dark skies And then the moon greets with a tender smile
