It's a sunny day Not too cold outside He's walking through the street with a slight smile on his face The birds are chirping as usual The hot dog stand smells peculiar So far, it's an ordinary day Nothing could go wrong in such an ordinary day Still a sunny day Not a cloud in sight He's laughing at the joke his boss was telling yesterday A car passing by with the radio on He's thinking to himself Oh I know this song So far it's an ordinary day Nothing could go wrong in such an ordinary day A person comes over He tells him to run A building knocks over And crashes on the ground Everyone starts crying in morning all around He looks around and wonder Closing his eyes And realize It's just an ordinary day Walking down the stairs Waiting on the dock He's careful not to cross the yellow line he knows the law A little guy drumming on a little box He's stepping on the train right before it locks He knows it's an ordinary day Oh nothing could go wrong in such an ordinary day After all it's an ordinary day What could go wrong?
