Thanks for the Insight

Our early years could not have been more different, I'm playing out you're playing with a game. But who could have known, that you would take the thrown Become the one with something to your name. You weren't the first to pass me by, I'm sure you won't be the last I'm taking in everything Thanking you for the insight If you don't mind I'll go back, sit in the dark And long for when we were alright. I am barely older now we're men, And fighting never was our style back home. So lets have a drink just whilst I think, About deconstructing all I know. (And whilst I'm low) Nightmares are made of this, the fear that you'll amount to nothing. Somewhere beyond the confidence there's more to this, the need to leave a legacy.
