Blossom I bid thee O immaterial splendor Unshackle me from these mortal toils Thoughts scattered as crashing tides The mind's patterns exhausted Peace robbed by the gluttonous plentiful Cast about and torn in This ceaseless cyclone of decadence Unbelonging I am but a stranger Drained and empty I wander amidst This pale mirage of futility Oh hunger of spirit To you I yield and seal off from this earthly plane Pestering vices begin to disintegrate Pikes once striking Fall blunt and soon fade I dream now to release this anchorage Unto the eternal cosmic sea Release me Rekindle the arcane flame within From this restless dormancy Lifting the amnesia Of long lost ethereal elegance Drifting through celestial waters Submerged in an astral grace Receive me now Embrace me now In this divine serenity I ponder the many battles, losses, and victories endured Evolution of thought and ideals upheld Metamorphosize manyfold I care not for deceitful bastard dogmas of the desert Blinding, crucifying A nourished soul's instinct and callings when recognized Are alone a teacher So diminish O pretender And cast away as sands in the wind "Drifting freely upon light's ancient sea Vessel lay in resting Soul in healing All encompassing ocean of stardust Envelopes this conscience In a welcoming embrace" Resounding force of aurora Scorching ailment to ash Spiteful jaws once clasping Now weaken and atrophy Ushering out the poison To depart the frame
