Caffeine

I haven't been able to think straight since Two Thousand Six Don't think quitting caffeine is gonna fix it I haven't been able to be myself since I can remember when Okay maybe that's a bit dramatic But I've been losing track of the difference Between myself and this medication And I've been losing sight of the purpose To be honest I don't know if it's changed anything I haven't been able function with anything less Than ten to twelve hours in my bed I haven't been able to check my phone without getting pissed Delete it all and start from scratch again And I've been losing track of the difference Between myself and this nervous tension And I've been losing sight of the purpose To be honest I don't know if it's changed anything You start getting older The winters get colder You don't give up that easily They say it gets better So just brave the weather At least that's how it's been for me I haven't been able to relax anywhere else Besides the coffee shop down the road from my house I haven't been able to focus on anything else Besides conversations I have with myself And I've been losing track of the difference Between self-help and complete indifference And I've been losing sight of the purpose To be honest I don't know if it's changed anything To be honest I don't know if it's changed anything To be honest I don't know if it's changed anything
