It's been so much time Since I've even been outside and I don't wanna whine but I'm Getting kinda sick of this And it kinda hurts my eyes Reading the same dang book three times and I'm losing my mind From depression that I can't dismiss But through the window I see Hope in your beauty And so I think Maybe quarantine is not so bad Cause otherwise how could I see The angel 20 feet from me And she shows me even though it's sad Through Facebook groups and zoom call nights We find a way to still unite the world No school till next fall Still I find myself Autumning over you Do you notice me online school zoom calls? Cause I notice every time that you share good news On all your stories Just look through the window you'll see You're making me crazy You're making me think Maybe quarantine is not so bad You tell us all to be a light To help each other through the night And she shows me there's no need to be sad From worldwide fasts and songs of joy With love this virus can't destroy the world
