Nailed up to a tree carried the weight of everything Heaven standing still as creation was staring at him The veil was torn in two so we could finally run to you He became sin to fulfill his promise For his redeemed The earth became silent as he was carried to his tomb While he laid there dead heaven prepared a throne for him And in three days the stone rolled away As they looked around nothing to be found Glory and power shown to me now Jesus is risen Why would a savior die for me I give you all the glory for eternity He is risen And on that day with so much to say As they knelt down he ascended the ground Holy spirit alive in us now Jesus is coming back again He's coming back again
