Day one it's a wonder, you and I Were wondering around all alone Day three it was me wondering What happened to you on day two Day four was that four letter word I swore I'd never use again Day five we survived And skipped straight to the end These were encounters That we couldn't plan And they have amounted To so much in the end Thing one came a long proved us wrong We were strong and we made it through Thought it out, fought the doubt, got it all worked out Then along came thing two Yeah, when three turned to four, we were poor And for sure, it was hard to get on But we did, and if visions can change Then maybe they were dreams all along These encounters That we couldn't plan They amounted To everything in the end
