Getting older makes you crazy Cause future seems so hazy Outside today it's seventeen degrees Don't fall into sadness disease Best friends forever Summer games in heaven You were eleven And before summer I was seven We had so much fun together No matter the day or rainy weather We're not best friends anymore No summer games like before In summertime we're both lazy Laying on ground with hair full of daisies Remember when as a kids we climbed up on trees Do you remember when we fell and cracked our knees Mum and dad were so mad They wanted us to stop hanging out My grandma was so sad She treated you like her own child Best friends forever Summer games in heaven We both said That we won't change We will never grow up Sadly all of this was a lie You're still in the past Bitter about me growing up We were having so much fun Back when you were twelve and I was nine Late august nights we were never thinking much We grew up and now you hate me so much So i guess summer games will stay in the past Im sorry and thank you for everything goodbye
