Here's my story I grew up eating pork chops and smothered Chicken Beeftips, mac n chess Livers and gizzards I'm from Louisiana we eat everything Every part of the pig From the front to the back Alligators and snakes You put it in front of us we clean our plate (Don't let a rabbit hop across our path he go hopping the other way) To get home from school I couldn't waite Cause my dad made sure to keep a stash of snack cakes (Me and lil Debbie was tight) I might be big but my God is Bigger Don't care what you think I ain't no average The devil tried to kill me ain't do nothing but make me Wake up Had to get stronger in my faith so fasho I got my Weight up Yeah I got picked on in school Big Joe Fat Back Got called a lot of names a lot of times I ain't even clap back Didn't really see the point of it, wasn't gonna make em stop Plus I was on the honor roll They Time wasn't even on my clock Wasn't really an emotional eater just liked the way food taste Why even try to lose weight We all not supposed to be the same size anyway I reasoned with myself my whole life Til I got faced with some Drama Where couldn't nobody help me but God Not even my wife or my momma I might be big but my God is Bigger Don't care what you think I ain't no average The devil tried to kill me ain't do nothing but make me Wake up Had to get stronger in my faith so fasho I got my Weight up Fast forward to 2020 Corona hit the scene Madder than a chick getting cheated on by her baby daddy I got hit Like a bullet to the chest Thought it would miss me, thought I was wearing my vest Rushed to the ER wanted to put me on the vents But I kept the Word before my eyes and said I'm coming out of this My family was prayer Pastor called me every other day And said this sickness gonna leave just as fast as it came I held on to that word, watched sermons on YouTube Faith without works is dead, don't judge me you do what you do They pumped me with all kinda meds No toilet in my room Blood pressure shot you to 200 I ain't see nothing but Gloom But God...
