All my life I've been going through this feeling I don't even know what it is I'm dealing Sometimes I feel like a super villain Ive been trying to run away for a minute now It's in my head and brain feels like it's under a cloud I don't know why but I feel like a 1,000 pounds Anxiety We alll got a little bit Sometimes it's just for the heck of it Anxiety I don't know I wish that it would go Don't make it feel Like it's got control You're your own person That you should know No matter how you feel Just know You're special You're own person It's ok to tell ppl that you're hurting Sometimes it comes across like it's burden That's not true just Keep working I know the feeling you got You got the sweats now You're getting uncomfortable You're looking for a way out Just take a deep breathe It's okay now Anxiety We alll got a little bit Sometimes it's just for the heck of it Anxiety I don't know I wish that it would go Don't make it feel Like it's got control You're your own person that you should know No matter how you feel Just know You're special It's okay to feel the way that you do All the stuff your going though Dont lose the sight of you Focus on what's better and purse Surround yourself people Don't sit up on a shelf Collecting so much dust That you can't call out for help If there's one thing I know It has stealth
