Love Language

I only got so long before I have to go Hell, today was bad, it feels like wasps buzz inside my soul Sometimes I feel a hurt that's like weeds inside of my chest Inside of my chest I never want to hear those words again I'll always stay and validate you cause you're my best friend I was tired, rowing through the sea of life, just on and on My arms were tired, my body weary 'fore you came along We're in this boat together, now, I don't just want to quit Now that you're here to help, I feel the breeze, it seems so crisp The leaves are much greener, the waters much more blue I can't believe there was a time without me and you On this journey together until we reach the mountains or valleys I want to see the world with you, the glaciers and the seas I love thinking about how we'll be friends forever on I want to know you in every season, write you every song My poems aren't enough, I can't depict you on a page My thoughts cannot dissect you, they keep my feelings contained If we go far enough together we'll reach the cosmos and the stardust I believe with you we'll get there, even the star we both came from I think you're life itself, I love you to the perfect place and back I love you more than I know myself and cold hard facts I can't describe the way I feel to those who aim to intrude I could write a thousand poems and lists about why I need specifically you I could write a list of the reasons why I'm glad that you exist But it'd be my life's work, only because it'd have to be infinite
