Everybody worried bout my mental health I just told my father that I'm doing well He knows deep inside I wanna leave this hell Try to break out of it stuck inside a shell I've been living wild, baby can you tell? Smoke inside my lungs, it got me lookin' pale Can't escape my thoughts, sometimes I wanna yell Call this world a home, I call this place a jail I think that I need some help I can't talk to nobody, so I talk to myself People judge me and they don't know how that made me feel All the problems that I dealt with, wear it on my belt Like the time I used to count the days thought I would die That's me speaking my truth or maybe I'm really high As a kid I used to think that I can really fly I got old, I was depressed and I would question why My mama never told me that the world was full of lies Grandpa died, that's how I end up being traumatized People know that I'm that person you can't hypnotize Hope that one day true happiness I can visualize Everybody worried bout my mental health I just told my father that I'm doing well He knows deep inside I wanna leave this hell Try to break out of it, stuck inside a shell I've been living wild, baby, can you tell? Smoke inside my lungs, it got me lookin' pale Can't escape my thoughts, sometimes I wanna yell Call this world a home, I call this place a jail Ayy, to be honest, man, this my home for real Like, this like therapy I don't really got much people I can talk to bout my problems, so When I come in here, it's like different I get to talk bout everything That be goin' on in my mind I feel like some things that I say Is kinda crazy, like, people won't understand it, so I'd rather keep it to myself Or, like, just say it on a piece of paper And then put it in a record Something like that, I don't know Maybe I'm just speaking nonsense Like, most people just, I don't, I don't know I don't know, like, I just say a lot of crazy things sometimes But, you know, that's me, though It's like, that's my truth, I be speaking my truth I can only speak my truth, I can only be myself Be authentic, so That's whatever, honestly But, to everybody that has a goal You should always try to achieve it You accomplish anything if you put your mind to it As long as you put your mind to it, you know what I mean Most definitely I had a lot of doubt as a child Nobody really thought I would be doin' anything And it's crazy, cause now I'm doin' everything Now I don't really, like, mess with people that much You know, people don't mess with me, so it's whatever I keep it playin' Most definitely Peace
