The 4am Blues

I woke up pretty early Can't sleep that good Maybe one day I will I guess I'll find out But it's 4am now and what do I do? It's 4am now and I've got the blues When it's 4am I just wake up When it's 4am I drink some water When it's 4am I can hear the birds When it's 4am I play the radio And at 4am I've got the blues But I kind of like that colour The tunes on the radio are pretty good Sometimes I just can't get enough I get inspired and I write some songs Got to get those feelings off your chest But it's 4am now and what do I do?
