Old Man Winter

Mother nature's sister Was the memory I always think of I, as old man winter Always wanted to fall in love But it would melt my heart And there would be no snow An no white Christmas for all to know And without old Jack Frost It would just be rain And those lonely gray skies Would still remain Mother nature's sister Was the princess of the spring I as old man winter Always listen to her sing And it was sound of birds And waves upon the shore There was no one else I wanted more And when I'd see her smile I wanted to give in But instead I unleashed winter winds Deep down in my soul There's not one icicle I never asked for this To own the winter solstice
