Strolling down the streets that I've lived on Thinking bout where I could of gone Nostalgia is what we hold onto Tells us briefly what we've become Trips out on the pavement in my town Has me wondering what I could find Nothings really changed since the last time Candy at the store for a dime What could we do to reach out to you and tell you that you missed a lot There's nowhere to know where you've gone alone And settled down once and for all Walking carefully on side road Out of reach from all that could see Discovered our old secret teepee On a route that leads towards the creek It's hard to misbehave when no one's watching Parents wondered where we were at Arriving home with holes in our clothes now Wrapping up the day that we had What could we do to reach out to you and tell you that you missed a lot There's nowhere to know where you've gone alone And settled down once and for all
