Pink Skies

Last time we talked, I thought my problems were over Now I feel so much older My past is back and he has a mask now And I don't have the strength to face him I thought he was dead He turned around instead and walked right back up from the water I'm going now to sit back down and talk I look at the sky and see the color I want to meet you under the pink sky I want to meet you under the pink sky I noticed that I couldn't sleep and night And my legs and hands began to tremble It couldn't be but suddenly He came back and he began to empty All of my things that I had picked up before him He couldn't let me ignore him Hopefully i'll make him leave And then, I can go on with my own life I want to meet you under the pink sky I want to meet you under the pink sky
