The Endless Pursuit

The pursuit never ends Even when I'm going from Toyota into a Benz and even then None of it means shit in the grand scheme Headed on this journey without a Plan B I ain't kidding like she popping a Plan B So ahead of my time, my mindset is antique I know sometimes you gotta look around and cherish shit while it's still here You're either part of the problem or part of solution-ing it You were given God's gift but what are you doing with it? Knew that over time, shit would really only get better I'm hyper-focused on the cheese and I only get cheddar This shit's a rat race I'm relentlessly working at a fast pace Lately, I've been gliding through life, I found the cheat code Had to loosen up and let go of my ego But let go my Eggo 'cause I'm still tryna eat though 'Cause everyday, I gotta get it out here Even when it feels far, I just remember it's near That's why I'm never in fear I just always keep the faith so I'm never slowing down Yeah, I always keep the pace and the balance between order and chaos If you put the work in, it pays off So how could I be jealous of you?
