Tiny People Big Universe

I can't stop dreaming in the daytime Wishing I was far away Look at the skies and hope that something is looking up at me Dreaming of distant beings I know that we are not alone But are we worthy of being shown This universe is not our own We can't be sure of what we've known I want to be there when they find us I want them to remind us of what it means to live In a universe that is bigger than we know Learning to find it's place To find a place where we can breathe A town we can live beyond the trees I know we're smaller than we seem Unsure of what anything can mean And I'm certain I could be wrong But I can't stop dreaming of being right For now I'll keep staring into stardust Waiting til they find us
