The Arizona sunrise Illuminates the rearview But all I think about is you I'm always scared of plane rides And things that feel too new But I really like when We sit on the couch Mispronouncing words Because we're too cool To say them the right way They say change is for the better But we know That sometimes it makes things worse Regardless of that It's gonna happen And we can either choose To accept it Or hurt even worse I've got pretzels by my bedside For the middle of the night When I snap out of a dream I feel happy to be alive But scared out of my mind I guess I'll let the feeling pass And think of when We sit around watching YouTube And angrily yell At 15 second Ads They say change is for the better But we know That sometimes it makes things worse Regardless of that It's gonna happen And we can either choose To accept it Or hurt even worse
