Outside the dew is frozen tight Into little tiny creatures silently reflecting light Your breath looks like fire in the cold And she says Will you still feel me, when the snow starts to fold? That's how the story's told The sun comes down Snow's Turning black Something has changed In a blink of an eye Your fingertips are drilling holes in the night Does it really matter what we feel in this one moment in time? Nothing will ever stay the same when Fall is turning golden over night Changes come like the Moon and the Tide is making our hopes climb Sleeping by the window waiting for an other (a) star to lose it's light New season sent around my nose Growing tender fragile blossoms around my soul is what I chose I'm asking myself What will last? I'd rather leave things behind in order to find what seems to be a lot more chosen than a soothing life
