Back in the day at the honky-tonk scene Granny on the floor like a dancin' queen Willie walked in with his guitar case A twinkle in his eye and that scruffy ol' face He played her a tune and bought her a shot Said How 'bout we go somewhere and smoke a little pot Granny says I told him no I swear I didn't play But we ain't buyin' what she's sellin' today I think my Granny saw Willie's willy We tease her 'bout it and she thinks we're silly Was it thin like a pinner or thick like a blunt We're just jokin' 'round but she's puttin' on a front Don't you dare say that y'all are crude as hell But the blush on her face kinda tells the tale Granny gets mad says I got my pride But we know damn well she was curious inside Willie's a legend how could she resist A man like that don't get dismissed Sure you walked away or so you claim But did you sneak a peek while you were playing the game She shakes her head says Y'all are insane But her guilty grin says she's hidin' the shame I think my Granny saw Willie's willy We tease her 'bout it and it drives her silly Was it smooth like his voice or wild like his hair Granny won't admit it but the truth's out there You kids are nasty I raised y'all better But when it comes to your pawpaw Willie made me wetter Now we ain't here to tarnish her name But c'mon Granny we know you got game Did he wink when he asked did he strum your heart Or did you keep your cool and tear him apart She says Y'all shut up don't spread no lies But her smirk could win a poker prize I think my Granny saw Willie's willy We tease her 'bout it and it drives her silly Did he roll up smooth like a country tune Or was he wild like a storm under that Texas moon She throws up her hands says Enough's enough But we're all too busy callin' her bluff So here's to Granny queen of the bar Even if she didn't go that far But deep down we know under her stern disguise She probably saw somethin' she can't deny We'll keep teasin' her 'til the end of her days 'Cause Granny's legend grew in Willie's haze
