I speak the words of a land that I once Walked through but now I ride Whispers I run beside Swift through the curves I shall turn through to make my Way to the other side Memories I leave behind Washed away the dullness of an aching that I had felt rising as I passed through time Making its way inside Reasoned with my conscious when it told me that all I had left to do in life was die Skipping through the walls of my mind Wood bark splits through the ages it passes while the sap runs through my veins My patience is keeping me sane I watch as the moments pass, beds of leafs among the grass Flowing as the seasons change We're all just falling all along the rain Closed the voids I wandered through and understood the world as it Wrapped around the basis of my brain All of my shadows have been stained Visions from a peaceful time I focus on until my mind breaks loose from all its chains And all my burdens spiral down the drain
