The North Star

Late night walks, musics' in my ears In the sky, the North Star guides my tears Eyes full of salt, blocked out vision I'm trippin' over their decision Look in the air, clouds of smoke, hidden by the night Caused by fireworks, making the sky, look like daylight I'm lost, with nowhere left to go Fireworks stop, leaving The bright glow of the North Star, gleam of hope and light I'm on the ground, drowned in the night When I'm gone without a trace, the North Star is my embrace Above gives love, below I know the North Star Broken street lights, teary eyed fights Untold lies, made love die Corrupt mind, I was so blind Left confined, left to die Oh why?
