Constantly reminding myself on a daily basis, man, I gotta stay focus Making decisions through logical thinking instead of impulsive emotion A lot of people do exactly that and it cause them a lot commotion I know that life can get dirty at times, but it shouldn't be looking atrocious Mainly known as a humble soul but sometimes I be feeling ferocious Extremely ambitious with all of this hunger, I really feel like the chosen Passion and love over accolades so I really cannot get discouraged Expressing myself with my heart and my mind, and they say I rap with a purpose All of my peers they be telling me to keep bringing the heat like a furnace It's a relief as an upcoming artist to know that some people appreciate Some of things that I decide to say when it comes to the music that I create I'm not sure if I'm a luminary but I know that I just wanna motivate All of the people that's super determined to show all the doubters they're really great Always receiving that genuine love from folks that I know can relate Differentiate from the fakes that make statements that equivocate Far from finished is a way of living, I'm going to make the title perpetuate Can't go back to the old me because my old self is a backwards move Unimpressed by a lot of things that at one point that I thought was cool Made investments into myself, now I'm feeling like the new and improved Surround myself with a lot winners therefore it's hard for me to really lose Had to teach myself a lot of things since a lot of things weren't taught in school How the hell can we build a fortune when we're supplied with the wrong tools?
