You do not know What I go through Feelings they show Fear over you My first album was great but it's time to be better I'm sorry that most of my life I've been under the weather Hospitalizations benzodiazepines for the pain My grandfather died and Grandma's bout to move again My Uncle Aunt Dad are not on the same page It's effecting me mentally cause a happy family is what I crave Yeah I've just accepted the fact That you can give someone a heart full of love and you'll never get it back I'm crying feeling lonely and suicidal It's getting to the point where I've wrote a suicide note it goes You do not know What I go through Feelings they show Fear over you I try to scream but it feels like I can not make a sound I think the world would be better off if I was not around I'm terrified that one day I'll actually rise to fame From the outside looking in all you see is pain
