Dear Friends & Family When I first left home, I did so to seek freedom, knowledge, and a greater sense of purpose Yet I must confess: as my journey lingered so did my thoughts from focus As I faced experience, it was equated with humility And as I traveled into the unknown my once-pure self had become lost Over time, my heart has been tainted, my mind has been weathered, and my spirit has been corrupted It is said that a warrior must maintain balance A psychopath must be free of nerves And an artist must be unapologetic If I am to redeem my long-forgotten soul I must descend into the void and act as all three I hope you can forgive me Sincerely yours Kadence The following was recorded March 16th, 2024 at approximately one in the morning:
