What You Feel

For a while back there put a pause on love I thought too much didn't know what it was I'm working on myself though the times are rough Walk a while in my shoes and you'll see they're scuffed My spirits been down and my heart's been heavy But I'm trying to forgive myself Forgive me when you're ready I'm wishing for the best hoping life roll's steady But I'm up for a challenge long as reasons ain't petty What's the point evading love it's everywhere I look I could lie say I don't need it but just listen to the hook It's not like I don't need to grow cause Everybody does, but it helps to have a solid ground No matter if you're tough Connection's not a question I'm sick of guessing How you're doing now And not addressing How I really feel And what I'm needing I don't need it even Just need a reason Why you'd evade what you honestly think And act like I'm gone while you're still on the brink Of feeling some guilt with residual love Just name me a time cause I know I'm enough
