NONCHALANT

They don't look at me the same But hey Maybe they forgot when I came out on top But it's fine I'll just start from the beginning When they thought that I was nothing And I just started out swinging But now that they omit that I exist I'll just go low It's not quite what I had planned I'll go with the flow though And I don't think that I intend To do this innately But something I've been struggling with A little too much lately is I'm worried what I say Will get took the wrong way And I think that I rhyme too much But I really can't do too much Cause what if it don't sound too good And everyone around me thinks that I should Try something different I don't want to do that It's not like they care though Their life don't revolve around In my mind does Like I'm their only aim But after what was I think I forfeit my name Sometimes I feel like I'm public service Cause I walk around all nervous And give people what they want Play it off all nonchalant Cause I was taught to never flaunt So being nice is what I brought To the table Now life's worse than fighting sable Cause some people take advantage And use it to deal damage Dismally they were disrespectful visually Now they miserably walk around Wielding infantry Cause they never know When someone else without sympathy Will come walking their way So they shoot everyday And now force of habit For them to let everybody have To me that's what describes How people feel both sides Using different methods in this race To get to the same place I don't know I don't mean to dig to low I just want to understand Why sometimes it's so difficult to give a hand Like we own our own brand Couldn't risk being banned By this shit we call society We all got anxiety
