Days have turned into nights As I drift into my eigenlicht Extremes of impulse, uprooting minds Grains of the hourglass, fueling despair Ticking of clocks as a bane of eternity The hangman’s noose, a welcome sight The ocean of thoughts, blackened morbid Waves of madness, gnawing at my sanity My eyes blackened My name forgotten Babbling demons, weeping angels Friends and fiends, falling to fallow The breath of life, panting shallow Black crows, funeral bells tolling Now, as darkness enters the light Hail, the unholy body of inquisition Stand, as the hunted becomes the hunter The reaper’s contract, renewed The vortex within, engulfs all hope A Judas’ kiss on my way to the cage Witness the last grains falling Embrace the fate of futility Greet the voices within Hush your whimpers for solace Lay your bed, vanish to slumber Dreaming the end, ahead in wonder
