I've been struggling with the person that people think I'm supposed to be and the one that I want to be The former one is always so clear and perfect and the latter one seems so vague and not trust-worthy at most times I want to be seen, want positive regards, and acknowledgments But it's so hard sometimes... that I just can't stop doubting myself if I'm right or completely wrong... to just... be myself Now I realize that... The more you don't stand on your own ground, the more you gon' be judged and haunted by other people's opinions It takes time, it requires growth, and we can't let others interrupt any piece of that process We're born with flaws And in fact, they could be beautiful only in our own eyes So that's why though I could be absolutely broken inside, but at least I would still act like I believe and love myself as long as I'm still breathing Cause you know what they say...
