I'm just Overthinking

Stuck inside my head again The memory on repeat Did I say something wrong? Could I have done it differently? These questions that I have Are running after me Feels like I can't escape I'm living in my darkest dream I'm trying not to read into the little things Is it real or is it just anxiety?
