Made It This Far

the more i get to know myself the less i understand myself i don’t know how to let go of this all weight i put on me of who i am or where i’ll be once i learn to let go always set my sights on diamonds in the future remember when you wanted what you got right now when i close my eyes and i’m all alone with my mind i get scared i’m unprepared and will be for the rest of my life but i’ve made it this far yeah i made it this far half way to falling apart but i’ve made it this far all my mom wanted was a house of kids, then we grew up now she don’t know where she fits so if i have the same fears waiting there in 30 years why i don’t i just live like i’ve already made it i’m not what i’m chasing Like I don’t need nothing more than what i got right now don’t trade the best for something better please don’t forget no one’s here forever we’re not here forever when i close my eyes and i’m all alone with my mind i get scared i’m unprepared and will be for the rest of my life but i’ve made it this far yeah i made it this far half way to falling apart but i've made it this far
