katy joy the tale of cramp-mas şarkı sözleri
This Book is dedicated to Wendy Joy
Thank you for making every Christmas special even Amidst
Hardships You put the magic in all the little details and I
Wish I could replay every moment Last but definitely not
Least thank you for always keeping the true meaning of
Christmas so evident and always reminding us who is the
Real reason for season
Love you 1 million swedish fish
Let me tell you a tale of a snuggly Christmas Day
It wasn't what they thought it'd be but the day came anyway
When you have a big family you have a big home
Or at least you would think they would have space to roam
But unlike the old lady that lived in the shoe
This mother knew better about what to do
She prayed and did all the things that were tough
To make holidays special even if they were rough
So they crammed into corners and couches throughout
And that my dear children is how "CRAMP-MAS" came about
She cooked and she cleaned day after day
Yet cared for an army with the dinner she made
And something you might have a hard time believin'
She cooked a whole feast in a small toaster oven!
You might find this crazy and quite silly at best
Or even find humor how this season did test
But this mother of many with doors open to all
Had such a big heart for a kitchen so small
Cramp-mas wouldn't be fitting for a home that was grand
That was still yet to come it was a work in God's hands
They awoke in the morning to find a swell had emerged
And the mother was laughing with joy as she urged
"Open your stockings! But please take your time"
She wanted to watch as surprise filled their eyes
They opened their stockings but before losing control
She said "Let's take a break and eat fresh cinnamon rolls!"
I must wrap up this story I have much wrapping to do
But there is still one thing that I need to tell you
There is more to this family than a cramped home filled with cheer
It's their love for each otherand the God they hold dear
So this year remember before you are gone
God sent His son for the world He was born
So you may think Cramp-mas is nothing too special
But even our Savior spent his first Christmas
In a cramped humble manger
