Well I have a sort of suggestion And that is this That before we decide either to save the planet or to destroy it We pause for a moment of silence And experience reality as reality is Because after all if I talk all the time I can't hear what anyone has to say And if I think all the time And by that I mean specifically talking to yourself sub vocally inside your skull If I think all the time I have nothing to think about except thoughts And so I'm never in touch with the real world Now what is the real world Wake up I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head Wake up Get out of your head Out of your state Out of your bed Up and awake Up in a 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 Yeah So out of pocket you fly like a rocket Take off and don't stop it, zip it like a locket Plug it like a socket like I wanna top it like I wanna rock it Like I wanna see it so can believe it But maybe it's better I'm doing whatever relieving the pressure And finding the treasure and getting the gold Live in the present I never get old F*ck up the system and f*ck all the therapy F*ck to the mission get fucked on the Hennessey Killing my soul and relieving my energy Never get through me like K9 in Pedigree Mixing the drugs so I'm finding my recipe Minding my mind so I'm mining for melodies I don't need cutters or shottas no weaponry If I die then die then I move on acceptingly I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head Wake up Wake up Wake up Wake up I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head I've gotta be the one to let you outta my head Now what is the real world Some people have the theory that the real world material or physical And say it's made with kind of a stuff Other people have the theory that the real world spiritual or mental But I want you to point out that both those theories of the world are concepts Words And the real world is not an idea It is not words Reality is
