Destiny + Fate

I've had to kind of, redefine What a lot of things mean to me you know? Especially because I'm a pretty emotional And empathetic being at my core I can't avail myself to everything and everyone Without feeling overstimulated or whatever It's something I've had to navigate Especially with being extroverted And learning to be comfortable with my solitude I Felt this push and tug I thought maybe I just need a hug and sometimes a drug but The answer was above me all along Sitting with myself, writing all these songs Initially I didn't trust it enough to take the bait but I guess that's where my destiny and fate lies Somewhere in the sky Somewhere in heaven Or maybe in your eyes too I love you, ah Ah
