Bad dreams. I’ve had better nightmares. When time stops. I'll be right there. So far head of the game. 3rd eye vision as I walk thru the flames. I use my purpose in vein. But it come from the heart. In search of the light. Cuz I come from the dark. How we living was taught. My generation was brainwashed. But, if we insane, who to blame? It ain't our fault. My soul dark. Yea, I'm nicer than I oughta be. Cold heart. I hope my daughter never meet a me. I pray my son El be a better me. He gotta be. To carry on the legacy. From what I see. America was never great. Divided states. Sliced up on a stolen plate. And that apple pie was over baked. Anna Mae would rather eat the cake. My soul bright but It shine dark. A shattered soul in the lions jaw. A straid away from the pastor and the churches. But the flow sacred. Ain't no curses in my verses.
